Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Beauty Factory for your hair care needs. Please read our shipping and return policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.


Shipping Information:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days will be processed and shipped on the same day.
  • We ship all orders via UPS.
  • Standard shipping cost is $10 per order.


Please Note:

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We currently only ship within the United States. 
  • If an item is out of stock and is back-ordered; please allow up to 2 weeks for the restock.


Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting the UPS website and entering the provided tracking number.


Delivery Times:

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons and holidays.
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for back-ordered items.


Nonrefundable Policy:

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, all hair products and accessories. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.


Lost or Stolen Packages:

Beauty Factory is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided during the checkout process, please contact UPS or your local authorities to file a claim.


Address Accuracy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Beauty Factory is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.


Damaged or Defective Products:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
